Seeing “mother illness”
in your dream

A broken wing in a dream represents a severe illness one's son may attract.

(Rasp; Tongue) A file in a dream represents one's tongue. It also means satisfying an innate need or giving a keen edge to an expression. It also represents a helper, a son who provides for the need of his mother or younger brothers and sisters. A file in a dream also represents demands, obligations, or sexual intercourse.

(Wife of Allah's Messenger Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam, and Mother of the believers, Allah be pleased with her) Seeing her in a dream means blessings and bounty. If a woman sees Aisha in a dream, it means earning a high station, a blessed fame, developing righteousness and earning the love of one's husband and parents.

• A boy under the age of puberty being pregnant: A reference to his father.

• A pregnant woman:  (1) Her wealth will increase, commensurate with the size of her belly. 
(2) She will persevere till she makes the money she wants, which will grow constantly. She will be proud of her achievements and highly dignified and praised. 
(3) Trouble, unhappiness, worries, and concealed matters.

• A girl under the age of puberty being pregnant: A reference to her mother.

If one sees himself entering the heavenly paradise in a dream, then his dream represents glad tidings that Allah willing, he shall enter it. If a pilgrim sees himself entering paradise in a dream, it means that his pilgrimage is accepted or that he will reach Allah's House in Mecca. If he lacks faith in Allah Almighty, it means that he will become a believer. If a believer who is bed stricken sees himself entering paradise in a dream, it means that he will die of his illness. If a non-believer who is bed-stricken sees himself entering paradise in a dream, it means that he will recover from his illness. If he is unwed, it means that he will get married.

If the tomcat loses the fight, and if the man is already sick, it means that he will recover from his illness shortly thereafter. Otherwise, if he loses in the dream, it means that his illness has reached its peak. A cat or a tomcat in a dream also represent reckoning, estrangement of one's wife, her roughness with her husband, or they could represent ill behaved children with their parents, fights, theft, adultery, lack of loyalty, eavesdropping, taunting, roaring, clamor, a bastard son, a foundling or an orphan. On the other hand, a cat in a dream could represent a toadying person, dancing, being playful and kind, though awaiting to jump at the first opportunity to spoil others peace. If the cat, the tomcat and the mouse, or the lamb and the wolf become friends in the dream, it means hypocrisy, affectation and loss of moral standards. A civet cat in a dream represents a man who may have a suspicious look, though his character and conduct are exemplary. (Also see Cat)

(Sorrel) In a dream, heartburn means recovering from an illness, or it could mean hypocrisy and affectation.

A thief in a dream also represents an assassin, the angel of death, a visitor, or someone asking for marriage. If there is a sick person in the house and a thief enters that house in a dream, it means the death of the ailing person. If a thief comes to one's house and takes nothing from it in a dream, it means the recovery of sick person from his illness. A thief in a dream also can be interpreted to represent a cunning person, a deceiver, an adulterer, a hunter, a backbiter, someone who asks for things that do not belong to him, a lion, a snake, a Satan, eavesdropping, or one's mind, desire and passions. If a scholar sees a thief in his dream, it means that he will learn wisdom from an anecdote. A thief in a dream also represents a liar, or the humiliation inflicted upon such a person. If one's arm is broken in a dream, it means the death of one's brother or closest friend, or it could mean an accident or a calamity. One's arm in a dream also signifies protection from sin or it cold represent his wife, his mother, his teacher, wealth, craft, source of income, a supporting son or a close brother one can depend on at times of difficulties. If one sees that his arm is missing something in a dream, it could mean that he has little brain, though he is filled with pride and haughtiness. (Also see Air; Body; Forearm)

(Instructor; Master; Mentor; Teacher) In a dream, an educator or a teacher represents himself, or he could represent the principal of a school, or a model, a pillar, a sheikh, a jailer, one's son or one's mother. An educator in a dream also means a coach or an animal trainer. Seeing oneself as an educator in a dream means advancing in one's field.

The stomach in a dream also represents the plains of a valley. It also can be interpreted as one's tribal belonging or a branch of his lineage. Entering a stomach in a dream means travels, imprisonment, or returning home from one of the two. If one sees himself inside the womb of his mother while he is travelling in a foreign land in a dream, it means that he will return to his motherland to die and be buried there. (Anxious; Disheartened; Dispirited) Feeling uptight in a dream may mean an illness or death. (Also see Despair)

(Pharmacy) If a sick person sees a drugstore in his dream, it means recovering from his illness.

If one sees himself blotched with white spots in a dream, it means that he will be struck with a painful illness.

(Beverage) Drinking an unknown sweet drink or a glass of a cold and fresh water in a dream means guidance, knowledge, having good taste, and the diligence of the people of the path. Drinking a glass of cold sweet water in the early morning in a dream means lawful earnings and profits for everyone, except for someone who is used to drinking hot boiled water which means sickness, stress, depression and a scare from evil spirits. Any yellow colored drink in a dream means sickness. Drinking an infusion of a violet flower in a dream means recovering from an illness, or avoiding certain food in one's diet. If one is unwillingly drinking a bitter medicinal syrup in a dream, it means that he might suffer a light illness.

• Striking someone with a sword: Will insult and slander him.

• Striking right and left with a sword amid Muslims: Making inappropriate or unethical statements.

• The sword’s lid or sheath breaking: Wife will die.

• The sheath breaking but the sword remaining intact: A pregnant woman will die, but the baby will live. And vice versa. If both break, mother and child will die.

If the fireplace or the stove is not lit in the dream, then it represents distress, worries and trouble, but if it is on, then it means fulfilling one's needs and earning one's livelihood through hard work. A fireplace in a dream also represents one's wife, his tools and instruments, his vehicle, or it could represent a place of gathering, one's rank, a chair, light, a woman in childbed, a father, a mother, a pregnant woman, one's shop or a helper.

In a dream, the Bishop signifies playfulness, distraction or a chronic illness. (Also see Chess; Chessboard; Chessmen)

Its reader will be amongst those who enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong; he will love some and dislike others for the sake of Allah; he will be afflicted with some illness.

• Seeing buttocks: Gains, money, benefits, and livelihood proportionate to their appearance.

• According to Al-Kirmani, feeling pain in one’s buttocks or ass: A tragedy.

• Licking an ass or buttocks: You are hypocritically eulogizing a debauched person.

• Seeing the mother’s anus or buttocks:  (1) A planned pilgrimage will not be valid. 
(2) Earnings will dwindle and livelihood will come to a standstill.
