Seeing “hard grave”
in your dream

• Angels descending on graves: Devout people will be buried there.

• Angels in a souk  (marketplace): Cheating is taking place there.

• Flying with the angels and rising with them to the sky, not to return: Will be
honoured in this world, then die as a martyr.

• Contemplating the angels: Catastrophe or something will befall the dreamer’s children and fortune, in view of the Quranic verse: “The Day they see the angels, no joy will there be to the criminals that Day: the 
(angels) will say there is a barrier forbidden  (to you) altogether!” 
(“Al-Furqan” [The Criterion], verse 22).

Bran symbolizes hard living. Eating it means poverty.

(Garbanzo) Chick-peas in a dream mean hard earned money.

Bereavement of a child in a dream means the opposite in real life. It also means rejoicing, reunions, pleasures and earning respect. Bereavement of a child in a dream is sometimes interpreted to portray an intention of one's children or wife to separate from the family. A little male child in a dream represents worries, responsibilities, hard work, catering to ignorant people or dealing with trivial and time wasting people. If a prisoner sees himself carrying a little girl in his dream, it means that he will be released from his prison. If one who is going through hard times sees himself holding a little girl in a dream, it means that his adversities will be lifted. If he is poor, it means that he will thrive for success and the little girl then represents his glad tidings.

The Imaam said to the people around him: “Catch him and hand him over to the authorities for he digs up graves and steals the kafn from the dead!” he pleaded: “My Lord, I sincerely repent to Allah before you!” He pleaded: “My Lord, I sincerely repent to Allah before you! I promise never to commit this since again all my life!” Thus he was not handed over to the authorities, but was released.

If a person dreams that he wants to dig a well but is unable to do so it means he will need to toil very hard for his livelihood but will earn very little.

The One who recites it in his dream will be safeguarded against harms caused by oppressors; he will also be granted protection from the chastisement of the grave and punishment of hell-fire. He will not weaken in his belief.

In a dream, a rocking chair means intelligence, clarity, or it could represent a hard working student.

Washing a deceased person with boiling water in a dream means that the latter is already suffering from hell in his own grave. (Also see Hot water)

If one sees a white tent raised beside his tent in a dream, it represents a righteous person who commands what is good and forbids what is evil. It also means that he will repent for a hideous sin. If one sees the moon inside his tent in a dream, it means that he will illicit sexual intercourse with a boy or with a young girl from a noble family. Seeing unknown white or green tents in a valley represent the graves of martyrs. (Also see Canopy; Pavilion)

The reader of this Surah will be anoble person whose passion will be to feed people. But at length he will be harmed by some hard-hearted persons.

The carrying of stones, rocks and mountains means one will be made to carry great burdens by people who are hard and cruel.

The same interpretation is given if one sees a prophet or a holy man walking out of his grave alive. To be buried after death, after sunrise, at noon or at the sunset hour in a dream means that one is being warned about doing what is good and abstaining from what is evil. To be buried alive in a dream is wrong and means betrayal. It could also mean marriage, prosperity or peace and tranquillity after suffering and hardships. If one sees a deceased person burying him alive in a dream, it means that one's due debts are not paid, or that one will be imprisoned to satisfy his debts, or that his collateral was not accepted. To bury a dead person twice means that one is covering his faults. If one sees a deceased person burying another deceased person in a dream, it means unity, clearing of the hearts, love and friendship between relatives, or perhaps it could mean imprisonment, marriage, a sickness, a trust, or guaranteeing a loan. Seeing oneself being buried after death in a dream means that one needs to repent before death. Should he still walk alive from his burial in the dream, it means that he may repent again. (Tongues) In a dream, a pair of tweezers represents a hard-working and a patient boy. It also means blabber, or employment for a jobless person.

(Medicinal solution prepared for women after giving birth; Plant) In a dream, fenugreek represents hard earned money.

(Cooling) An ice cream salesman in a dream represents a hard working person who labors to provide comfort to others, whose efforts are praiseworthy, and whose earnings are blessed.

Exerting efforts to one's utmost, or to the point of straining oneself in a dream means the death of a sick person, or it could represent laboring hard to sustain one's dependents.

If a person sees himself walking on sand or picking up sand, it means he will have to toil very hard in order to become wealthy.

Hard timber implies hypocrisy in habits or in matters relating to Deen. The same implies to firewood, small or big, dry or green.
