(Mud) To sink, stick, or walk in mire in a dream means fear, distress, difficulties and adversities. The same interpretation is given for muddling in the rain waters, or walking in the rain. If a sick person sees mire in his dream, it means suffering from a prolonged illness. Walking out of mire in a dream means recovering from an illness. Walking in mire in a dream also means imprisonment, poverty, or sufferings caused by one's sinfulness and lack of attending to his religious duties. If a woman sees mire in her dream, it may mean that she may shortly conceive a child.

(Beverage) Drinking an unknown sweet drink or a glass of a cold and fresh water in a dream means guidance, knowledge, having good taste, and the diligence of the people of the path. Drinking a glass of cold sweet water in the early morning in a dream means lawful earnings and profits for everyone, except for someone who is used to drinking hot boiled water which means sickness, stress, depression and a scare from evil spirits. Any yellow colored drink in a dream means sickness. Drinking an infusion of a violet flower in a dream means recovering from an illness, or avoiding certain food in one's diet. If one is unwillingly drinking a bitter medicinal syrup in a dream, it means that he might suffer a light illness.

Dreams about fasting have contradictory interpretations:

• Dreaming of being in the Muslims  month of fasting  (Ramadan): 
(1) Higher prices  (inflation) and scarcity of foodstuffs.  (2) Sound religion, end of worries, recovery from a disease, the settlement of debts.

• Having fasted the entire month of Ramadan:  (1) Certainty after doubt. 
(2) If the dreamer was illiterate, he would memorize the Holy Quran.

• Dreaming of recognizing the utility of fasting and wishing to fast: Quick benefits from an unexpected source.

• Failing to fast during the month of Ramadan:  (1) The dreamer is giving way to his instinct and passions. 
(2) The dreamer will have a blessed journey.

• Dreaming of having deliberately and overtly eaten throughout the month of Ramadan, instead of fasting like other Muslims: 
(1) The dreamer is disregarding religious rules.  (2) The dreamer will commit a premeditated murder.

Sinus congestion in a dream means a sickness that will be followed by fast recovery, comfort and rejoicing.

(Lack of feeling; Sleepiness) Numbness of the hand or of any limb in a dream indicates the same in wakefulness. It is as though such a limb will not perform, or that it will wane away when one needs it most.

Standing on the shore and watching a ship in the sea in a dream means receiving glad tidings. If one sees the ship ascending in the skies in a dream, it represents slow coming benefits, and if the ship is descending from the sky, it denotes fast coming benefits. The beams of a ship represent religious men, faith, holding fast to one's religion, or they could mean complications. The sails of a ship in a dream represent its captain. The crew represents servants. The rowing oars, the rudders, or the propellers in a dream represent the movement of the ship, or the children of its owner. The condition of a ship represents the state of the person seeing the dream or his living condition. If one rescues a drowned ship in a dream, it means that he will discover a treasure, or it could mean marriage if one is unwed, or a financial gift for one who works for a governor.

(Curse; Omen; Policeman; Warning sign) In a dream, thunder without rain means a scare, a warning or an ultimatum. It also represents good promises, gracious orders, or the sound of drums. Seeing thunder in a dream means repayment of one's debts, and for a sick person, it means recovering from his illness. Thunder, lightening and rain in a dream represent fear for a traveller, or the greed of a merchant. Hearing about an awesome blast in a distant land in a dream means that the dwellers of that place will be struck with a major calamity or sudden mass casualties. The sound of thunder in a dream represents a murder, a fight, a dispute, an argument, lack of religious attendance, loss of money, or the release of a prisoner.

Seeing Al-Khidr, whose name literally means “verdure” or “greenness” means: (1) A long life, including a pilgrimage.
(2) Fertility of the soil and abundance after death. (3) Cheaper prices. (4) A feeling of security 
(after fear).

Buying barley from its distributor in a dream means receiving a great wealth or an inheritance, though one must pay its due alms tax and charities. If one sees himself planting barley in a dream, it means that he will engage in doing a good deed that will please Allah Almighty. Walking through barley fields in his dream means that one will be blessed with the opportunity to participate in a holy war. Farming barley fields in a dream represents people's deeds. If one plants barley in a dream, it means that he will prosper from his business or from governing, or that he will receive an endowment from someone in authority.
