Jabir reported Allah's Messenger (Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam) as saying:
If anyone sees a dream which he does not like, lie should spit on his left side. (Muslim)

If one sees the hair in the back of his head dishevelled or rumpled in a dream, it means that he will suffer humiliation. If he sees his hair on the right side of his head tousled in a dream, it means that he will molest male children from among his relatives. If he sees his hair on the left side of his head tousled, or dishevelled in a dream, it means that he will molest female children from among his relatives. If one does not have relatives, it means that he will suffer harm from his evil actions. If one sees long hair under his armpit in a dream, it means he will attain his goal, or it could denote his generous character. If he sees it thick in a dream, it denotes his thirst for knowledge, search for a business, or profiting through patience and endurance. If one sees his hair infested with lice in a dream, it means that he has a large family.

He had no choice but to accede. He deployed a huge army under the command of his son. The two sides met in the middle of the sea. For three days a fierce battle ensued between the Muslims and non-Muslims. One the third day the Christians army was defeated. Not a single person was spared. When the king came to learn about this, he called for the sheikh and admitted his folly before him. He then secretly accepted Islam at his hands and bestowed many of his favours on him. It is said that he also learned the Holy Quran by the Shaikh and this affair of the king became popular in Saqliyyah.

If one's ears are transformed into an animal's ears in a dream, it means losing respect or developing inertness or apathy. As one's awareness, one's ear in a dream represents a pouch, a wallet, a coffer or a safe. Ears in a dream are also interpreted to mean separation from one's wife or daughter. If only half of one's ear is there in the dream, it means the death of his wife. If one finds himself deaf in his dream, it means that he may lose his faith. Having large ears in a dream means shunning or avoiding what is true. If one sees as though his ears have eyes in the dream, it means that he may lose his sight. If one sees himself eating the accumulated wax of his ears in the dream, it means that he is a child molester. If one sees grass growing all over him but does not cover his ears or eyes in the dream, it means prosperity. (Also see Body; Earwax)

A sedan chair in a dream means moving from one place to another, activities, travels, business, or a noble and a well respected woman. (Also see Palanquin; Litter)

He will become esteemed in the eyes of people and the effects of his knowledge will spread far and wide.

If one sees grass growing all over him but does not cover his ears or eyes in a dream, it means prosperity. If he sees grass growing on people's hands or floating on water in a dream, it means a good harvest and prosperity for everyone. If weeds grow at the same time in the dream, they connote negative effects. If a sick person sees such a dream, it means that he is nearing his death. Grass growing over one's stomach in a dream means his death or his burial after death. If grass grows all over one's body but does not cover his head in the dream, it means prosperity and wealth. If the grass covers one's eyes and ears in the dream, it means that he will become heedless and loses the advantages of his religious life.

• The soil “raining up” blood or stones: Sufferings.

• Raining mostly blood or dust: Injustice on the part of the ruler.

• Raining dust without the latter forming a screen that reduces visibility: Fertility.

• Raining swords: Controversies, disputes, and perhaps a civil strife in the area.

• Raining watermelons: A disease or an epidemic.

• Raining all over the town: The areas inhabitants will be calumniated.

• Rain pouring from all sides, uprooting trees and throwing them on the ground: intrigue and death at the hands of the ruler.

If one's face appears white and his body black in a dream, it means that he shows decency and disguises inappropriateness. If a whiskerless person sees hair growing over the sides of his upper lip in a dream, it means that he carries burdening debts, or that he has lost dignity. If one's face looks different or missing some of its clarity or beauty in a dream, it denotes someone who jokes excessively, for immoderate jesting, hilarity or mirth decreases people's respect. If there is no skin to cover one's cheeks in a dream, it means that he lives from asking others for his needs.

(Controversy; Fence; Politicking) Seeing a fence builder in a dream means moving forward, fulfilling one's goals, or he could represent a salesman of specialty outfits.

(Brand; Burn; Castigate; Punishment; Seal; Sear) Cauterization in a dream denotes a ruler, or it could mean painful words. If one's forehead or sides are seared or cauterized in a dream, it means that he is obviating or hindering the distribution of charities or the due alms tax on one's assets, or it could mean a crack down by the authorities on people who are evading to pay their taxes, or it could mean separation between dear ones. If one is cauterized with gold or silver in the dream, it means stinginess or hindering the payment or distribution of Allah's rights upon one's earnings to poor and needy people.

The teeth symbolize all those living in the house of the dreamer. The upper ones are the men, the lower the women, the canine tooth the patriarch of the family, the right central incisor the father, the left the uncle or father’s brother. Otherwise, the latter two teeth represent two brothers or two sons or two friends who are brothers. The lateral incisor is the cousin or son of the brother’s father; the premolars are the mother’s brothers or sisters or their substitutes. The molars are the grandparents and little male children. The lower right central incisor is the mother, the lower left central incisor the father’s sister. In other interpretations, the latter two refer to two sisters or two daughters, or similar persons. The lower lateral incisor represents the daughters of the father’s brothers and sisters. The lower canine is the first lady of the family. The lower premolars are the daughters of the uncle and aunt from the mother’s side. The lower molars are the remote female relatives on the man’s side and the little girls.

To take care of one's health in a dream means trying to amend one's life for the better. The same meaning is applied if one sees himself applying an ointment to his eyes. (Also see Medicine; Physical fitness)

Shying, as in a horse fright, in a dream means hastening to undertake a journey, moving quickly from one place to another, or substituting one school of thought for another, adopting a new ideology, or changing one's religion. (Also see Horse) 214

(2) Patience for the nervous.  (3) Healing.  (4) The end of worries and sorrow. 
(5) Obtaining money from foreign sources.

• A beautiful and proportionate beard, not too long, not too short: Money, prestige, and nice living.

• The beard longer than it should be or than it is in reality: Debts and worries.

• The beard lengthening till reaching the belly and sticking to it: Money and prestige but not before toiling inasmuch as the beard seemed sticking to the belly.

• The beard reaching the navel: The dreamer is disobeying God.

• The beard reaching the navel and the dreamer looking at it: The latter is a muath-then 
(he who calls for prayers), but one who acts as a Peeping Tom from the top of his minaret, looking through the windows all around.

• The beard lengthening on both sides but not from the middle: Will acquire money, which somebody else will enjoy.

Dreaming of seeing a person biting the gallbladder of another until he dies means the assailant hates his adversary to the point of death. If, furthermore, he drinks the victim’s blood, he wrongly thinks that he can kill him and acquire or get away with his money under the eyes of the law.

This hadith has been reported on the authority of Zuhri with the same chain of transmitters, but it does not contain the words:
" I felt disturbed because of that," and there is an addition of these words in the hadith transmitted on the authority of Yunus:" Then spit thrice on the left side when you get up from sleep." (Muslim)
