Seeing “entering home doors open”
in your dream

A displaced door is a hint that the head of the household will die.

A door seen falling indicates that the beholder will first become ill then regain his health.

If a person sees himself closing the door of his house it means he will divorce his wife.

In a dream, squeaking of the door means an evil caused by a guard, or a fight between husband and wife, or it could mean divulging a secret. (Also see Screeching of a pen)

(See Latch)

(See Doorstep; Threshold)

If a person sees himself as entering the heavens without ascending, he will first gain honor and respect in this world and then die as a martyr.

In a dream, if one sees himself entering hell-fire, whether he is a believer or a non-believer, it means that he will suffer from fever, become poor, enter a prison, commit a major sin, or mix with disbelievers and reprobates.

If the door or doorframe of one's house is seen dislodged, it means the lady who owns the house or the landlady will die.

Entering an unknown house in the company of a dead person means he will die soon and thus join the dead person.

If the house whose door is being opened is known to him it means he will marry. If not, it means his Dua's will be granted.

If a person sees a slaughtered and skinned goat entering his house or any other place it means someone will die in that place.

It is reported that once, while Ibn Sirin (RA) was having his lunch,a lady came to him and informed him that she had seen a dream. When he asked her to relate it she said: “Not until you have finished your meal”. After having had his meal, she said; “I saw the moon entering the planet Taurus and a voice from behind me said to me: Go to Ibn Sirin and relate to him your dream!. Hearing this, the Imaam's face turned pale and he got up holding his stomach.

His sister came to himasking: “ What's the matter with you? Why has your face turned pale? He said “Why should it not when this lady has brought to me the news of my death after seven days?” And truly, the Imaam (RA) passed away on the seventh day after this dream. May allah have mercy upon him.

A known mosque in a dream also could represent the renowned scholars who live in that place, or the ruler of that country, or any of his ministers. If one enters a mosque and immediately after crossing the entrance gate, he prostrates himself to Allah Almighty in the dream, it means that he will be given the opportunity to repent for his sins. If one comes to a Masjid and finds its doors locked, then if someone opens the door to him in a dream, it means that he will help someone in paying his debt, then extol his good virtues in public.

(Open) To unlock a closed or a sealed door, or to open a sealed container, or a location in a dream means easing of one's difficulties, and it could represent the way to prosperity.
