Seeing “drilling mountain”
in your dream

If someone sees himself standing on top of a mountain, it means he will overpower an-other person with a similar rank or position such as his.

Climbing a mountain, enjoying its vegetations and drinking from its fresh and sweet water in a dream means sheltering one's chastity in the company of one's wife. (Also see Khimar; Veil)

(Canyons) In a dream, deep valleys, or mountain trails represent deception, betrayal, perfidy and trickery. (Also see Aqiq canyons)

(See Canyon)

(See Ascent)

If a person sees himself breaking into the mountain (just as a thief breaks into a house) or digging into the mountain, it means he is guilty of deceiving someone.

If a person sees himself conquering or defeating a mountain (as in a fight), it means he will commit murder.

If someone sees himself climbing a mountain without faltering, it is a hint that his desire to acquire a particular thing will be fulfilled-but after much difficulty and hardship.

A rock in a dream also means longevity, construction, forgetfulness, cattle, impudence, shamelessness, fornication, a dissolute life, immorality, or heartlessness. Seeing a town scattered with rocks in a dream also could mean lower prices. If a rock is interpreted as a rank, then it means a lasting one. If it denotes one's wife, then it means that she is patient and content. A rock in a dream also represents a threshold, a house, or a statue. Seeing a mountain of rocks in a dream represents heartless, brutal and cruel men, or it could denote their dwellings. If one sees himself drilling a hole into a rock in a dream, it means that he is searching for something hard to get, though he will be able to reach as far as he reaches through drilling in his dream. Descending upon a rock in a dream is interpreted the same as descending upon a mountain in a dream. Rocks in a dream are also interpreted to mean dead people, heedlessness, ignorance, or immorality. (Also see Stone)

• Drilling a hole and penetrating a house through the wall: The dreamer desires a woman and will get to her by ruse.

• Drilling a hole somewhere in a city  (excavating): The dreamer is looking for a wise man or a scholar.

• Drilling a hole in a rock: The dreamer is seeking a harsh ruler.

(Auger; Borer; Gimlet; Wimble) In a dream, a drill represents a devious and a fierce person. In a dream, a drill also means satisfying one's desire or needs, or it could mean using someone's help to reach one's goal, or perhaps it could mean travelling unwillingly. A drill in a dream also represents drilling a well, or it could represent a prurient, lascivious and a lustful man. In a dream, a drill also represents the male of any large quadruped or a filly. (Also see Drilling)

(Mountain pass; Mountain trails) In a dream, deep valleys or canyons represent deception, betrayal, perfidy and trickery. Seeing a mountain pass in a dream also could signify overcoming adversities or relief from difficulties. (Also see Aqiq canyon)

If one sees himself climbing a mountain, then the mountain in a dream is interpreted as one's goal. Thus, one's dream may mean attaining one's goal as far as he reaches in his climb. In dream interpretation, any ascent of a mountain, a trail, a hill, an elevation or even climbing a roof means attaining one's goal or satisfying one's needs. To see oneself climbing flat on his back in a dream then means uncalled for, or unnecessary hardship. (Also see Air; Ascent; Climbing a mountain; Flying)

(A mountain short-winged and a stout-bodied bird; Mountain quail; Partridge; Woman) In a dream, a mountain quail represents a thief, a confidant, or a pimp who secretly conducts his business of soliciting clients for his prostitutes. However, a quail in a dream also represents a blessed food, an answer to one's prayers, repelling a calamity, or overcoming an adversity.

• Flying from one rooftop to another: Will change wives.

• Hovering over houses and streets: Turbulence, but the dreamer will not be moved.

• Flying from one land to another: Dignity and great satisfaction.

• A prominent personality flying over a mountain: Will be given a province.

• A leader or a power-monger dreaming of flying: Will prevail. If he falls on anything, he will own it.

• An ordinary or a submissive person dreaming of flying over a mountain:
(1) Will be very ill and approach death.  (2) Will commit a sin.

(Beads; Jewel; Money; Tears; Women) Drilling wholes in pearls to string them in a dream means fulfillment of one's goals, easing one's passage, or facilitating one's marriage. In a dream, a pearl also means a son. If one's wife is pregnant, and if she hands him a pearl in his dream, it means that she will deliver a beautiful son. If the pearl has no glitter, or if he takes it from his wife and locks it inside a box in a dream, then it represents a servant. A pearl in a woman's dream means good news. If she is unwed, it means that she will get married.
