Seeing “results pass”
in your dream

(Mountain pass; Mountain trails) In a dream, deep valleys or canyons represent deception, betrayal, perfidy and trickery. Seeing a mountain pass in a dream also could signify overcoming adversities or relief from difficulties. (Also see Aqiq canyon)

(Darkness; Heedlessness; Ignorance) In a dream, a moonless night represents lack of work, stagnation, or losing one's job. If one sees the whole world in the dark and the moon is still radiant in the skies in a dream, it means that the governor will temporarily relinquish his entire duties to his chief minister or secretary, and that thieves and robbers will cluster around them for business. If one then sees the daylight in his dream, it means that such an adversity will pass. If people are under siege in the dream and the daylight dawns after a long dark night in a dream, it means that their siege will be lifted. If people are suffering from high prices and someone sees that dream, it means that prices will go back to normal. If they are suffering from tyranny, it too will pass.

A brick falling from a wall means a male or female member of his family will either get lost or run away or pass away.

Drinking any of these means loss of wealth as a result of which he will be grieved.

Whoever recites it in his dream his ambitions will be fulfilled, people will mention his name with reverence, he will become firm in his beliefs, his family will be small and his life will pass with ease and comfort.

Rennet symbolizes money that will come to the dreamer as a result of his religious devotion and asceticism.

He will soon learn about the unpleasant things said about him. He will also be overwhelmed with fear. As a result of this he will become popular amongst the people

This may be a reference to her husband who will enjoy a good reputation as a result of his high standing in the community.

Seeing one's house in ruins or raised to the ground means that his future will be ruined as a result of his evil deeds.

The owl symbolizes the thief who enjoys hurting people but has no gang. It could also refer to an awesome individual. According to religious belief, it used to be a human being but was metamorphosed as a result of a curse.

Boarding or sitting in a vessel filled with water suggest grief, sorrow, anxiety, calamity, imprisonment or sickness. But the ultimate result will be deliverance and salvation.

The total or partial devastation of a city suggests that the inhabitants of that city will forsake their Deen. They may even lose their accumulated resources as a result of their misdeeds.

(Heavens; Highest goal; Ultimate results) Seeing the heavenly Lot tree in a dream means attaining one's highest goal and reaching the ultimate promise. (Also see Buckthorn; Lotus tree)

This symbolises a persons increment in material wealth. At times it represents ear for a certain person in view of the following adage: Qad habala fil ardhi khawful fulaanin. This means that the earth is pregnant and burdened as a result of terror caused by so –and-so.

• A sick person dreaming of making a sacrifice: The dreamer will pass away or, on the contrary, will recover.

• Distributing sacrificial sheep meat: Worries will be over and the dreamer will be
honoured and dignified.

• Stealing sacrificial meat: The dreamer is lying to God.

In a dream, itching means poverty and suffering from the pressures of a demanding wife and children. If one's itching results in bleeding or puss in the dream, it means that they will get what they want. Otherwise, one's toiling for his livelihood will prolong. If one sees himself itching in a dream, it also means that he will investigate the conditions of his relatives and suffer from their state.

Blowing the nose and expelling filth means that the person will become angry as a result of which he will utter undesirable words. If no filth is expelled it means he will lodge a complaint against someone.

(Encroachment; Transgression) To infringe upon someone's rights, or to slander him, or to insult him in a dream means losing to him, unless if there is a legitimate reason, or a legal point for trespassing. If someone infringes upon your rights in any way in a dream, it means that your ultimate victory over him is sure. Infringement in a dream also means prosperity and success in this world, though the end results may not be as positive as the beginning. (Also see Cursing; Injustice; Insulting)

• A sick person climbing stairs till reaching the top: He will pass away. If at last he enters a room, his soul will go to Paradise. The reverse is also true.

• Standing on the ladder: The dreamer likes to overhear, in view of the Quranic verse: “Or have they any stairway 
(unto heaven) by means of which they overhear  (decrees)? Then let their listeners produce some warrant manifest!”
