Seeing “attack encounter”
in your dream

If a dog is seen attacking and biting a person it means that the harm caused by his enemy ill not be confined to unpleasant words only but bodily harm as well.

(Charge against; Comeback) Charging against one's enemy in a dream means victory in wakefulness, or it could mean disturbance, anxiety, concern, going through a mental conflict or having doubt, and it may mean regret, repentance and correcting the course of one's actions and thoughts.

If a person sees an enemy attacking or assaulting a group of people, it means a calamity in the form of a storm or flood is imminent.

Seeing a skinned ram inside one's house in a dream means the death of a relative. If it is the leg of a ram, then it means the death of the closest relative. Broiling a ram in a dream means governing for one year after which period one may be imprisoned. The number of rams in a dream represents the number of years. Thus, seeing them also represents the number of years one will serve in his job. The wool of a ram in a dream means money. A ram in a dream also represents the muezzin in a mosque, a general in the army, a deposed ruler, or a humiliated person. If a ram attacks someone in a dream, it signifies an attack by one's enemy. Slaughter means:  (1) Repudiation of one’s parents.  (2) Injustice.

• Seeing a slain person without knowing who killed him: The dreamer has come out with a heresy or made a false testimony.

• Slaughtering one’s father, mother, or son: The dreamer will either repudiate or attack one of them.

• Slaughtering a woman: The dreamer will have sex with her.

• Slaughtering a female animal: The dreamer will make love to a woman and deflower a virgin.

• Slaughtering a male animal by attacking it from behind: The dreamer will sodomize such an animal.

• Slaughtering one’s father, mother, or son: The dreamer will either repudiate or attack one of them.

A tree giving off bad smell symbolises an evil person whom the observer will encounter.

Floods symbolize an attack by the enemy. Rain water flowing in gutters and sewers means prosperity and verdure.

A Lunar eclipse assuming a reddish or dark colour owing to clouds or dust suggests that the person towards whom the moon is linked will soon encounter problems and find himself in some predicament.

Drowning in the ocean of clean water suggest that the observer of the dream will “drown” in matters of sovereignty or government. But if the water is brackish or filthy it means he will encounter hardships which will cause ruin to him

Cities, towns and Villages imply that the observer of such a dream will encounter unchaste women if such places are not of multiple colours. And if they are black and white then it suggests day and night – i.e., alternating of day and night and the passing of time.

If he is depressed, it means that he will be able to dispel his worries. If he is travelling in a foreign country, it means that he will find a way back to his mother land, where he will find happiness again. Carrying a book or a letter in one's left hand in a dream means that he has done something bad, or something which he will regret. Carrying a book in the right hand denotes a prosperous year. If a stranger takes one's book away from him in the dream, it means that someone will take away from him his most precious and endeared thing. Tearing a book into pieces in a dream means getting rid of one's trouble or becoming free from trials or evil encounters and receiving benefits.

If a person sees himself disappearing into the earth without a grave it means he will ruin himself, because of his obsession in worldly pursuits. If the disappearance is in a hole or grave, it means he will encounter something extremely offensive as a result of committing a crime or by being cheated.

If a person sees his clothes or part of his body on fir it implies that he will encounter some crises relating to his clothes or body. (This will be discussed in great detail in this book). If such a fire constitutes tongues of falme rising upwards it means harm will come to him from the king or uler. And if no flames are seen it symbolizes pleurisy.

The bear symbolizes a powerful man, full of fortitude and wicked in his intentions, treacherous, and an evil-monger. It also alludes to an enemy, a foolish thief, an effeminate person, or one who robs pilgrims and attacks caravans. According to the legend, the bear used to be a woman and was metamorphosed. Dreaming of riding on a bear means one: 
(1) Will obtain a high position.  (2) Will experience fear, but be safe.

(Employment; Knowledge; Prison) If a man of knowledge sees himself swimming in the ocean in a dream, it means that he will attain his goals. If he enters the water of the ocean then comes back to the shore in a dream, it means that he will commence his path of seeking knowledge then abandons it. Swimming in a dream also means going to jail. Swimming on sand in a dream means that one may be incarcerated, that his living conditions in his jail will be constricted, and that he will suffer in his prison from hardships equal to the difficulties he encounters during his swim in the dream. If one sees himself swimming inside his own house in a dream, it means that he will work for a ruthless, wicked and an unjust employer who will entrap him in his service through a business deal. Consequently, Allah Almighty will help him out of his entanglements.

• An atheist seeing Ibrahim Will embrace Islam.

• A guilty person or a sinner seeing Ibrahim: Will repent.

• A guilty person who had abandoned praying seeing Ibrahim: Will resume that virtuous practice.

• Seeing oneself in the image of Ibrahim or in his costume:  (1) Will encounter hardships. 
(2) Wisdom and prosperity will replace trouble and worries.

• Plants being harvested in the marketplace: The people will make plenty of benefits and become prosperous and happy.

• The people of the area themselves, not any strangers, harvesting at the mosque or a similar place: Blessings and rewards.

• Harvesting in the fields when the plants are ripe: Good dream or it means that pests will attack the cultivated areas.

A powerful bright lamp in the house is a glad tiding that the condition of the inmates of such a house will improve. But any weakness in the light given off by such a lamp denotes similar weakness in their condition. If the lamp extinguishes and no cause for its extinction is known nor is there any hint of any perbond death, the observer of the dream will soon encounter difficulties and unpleasant conditions. Also his own condition will change.
