A General Rule Pertaining to a Dream with Two Scenes with Opposing Interpretations Dream Explanation — When two separate things with opposing interpretations are seen in a dream then the stronger or better of the two interpretations will be given. As an example is a person sees a bathroom and himself as removing hair using a lotion or lime-whereas a bathroom represents grief and sorrow and removing hair using a lotion or lime represents the removing of grief and sorrow- it means that his grief and sorrow will be removed, for the dream of removing hair using lime or lotion is regarded as stronger or better. If anything happens to one's feet in a dream, it will reflect on his financial standing, work, toiling, his boss or his delegations. If one sees his feet pointing toward the heavens in a dream, it could denote the death of his child. If one's feet turn green, it means that he will suffer business losses. If one sees himself committing loathsome sexual acts with his feet in a dream, it means that he will pursue an unlawful sexual intercourse. Snot Dream Explanation — o Putting snots in another man's house: Will have legal (marriage) or illegal sex with a woman living under his roof.
o Putting snots in another man's bedding: Will betray him with his wife. Putting snots in his handkerchief means the dreamer will have sex with his servant.
o A woman taking the dreamer's snots: She will entice and deceive him and become pregnant against his will.
o Washing away someone else's snot: The dreamer is trying to conceal the adultery of a friend, but to no avail.
o Eating one's snot: Eating up the money of his children.
o Eating someone else's snot: Eating up the money of somebody's children.
o Mucus flowing from the nose: Will have children who will resemble him.

Snot Dream Explanation — According to Ibn Siren, the mucus from the nose symbolizes the making of children, in view of the popular belief that the cat emanated from the lion's snot.
o Having mucus in the nose: Wife is pregnant.
o Blowing one's nose: (1) Will settle debts. (2) Will be relieved from a certain worry. (3) Will punish some people for a certain deed.
o Putting snot on the ground: Will have a daughter.
o Putting snots on one's wife: She will conceive a male child but have a miscarriage.

A Dream Of A Believer Is One Of Forty-Six Parts Of Prophetism Dream Explanation — Narrated Abu Huraira: Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam) said, "When the Day of Resurrection approaches, the dreams of a believer will hardly fail to come true, and a dream of a believer is one of forty-six parts of prophetism, and whatever belongs to prothetism can never be false." Muhammad bin Sirin said, "But I say this." He said, "It used to be said, 'There are three types of dreams: The reflection of one's thoughts and experiences one has during wakefulness, what is suggested by Satan to frighten the dreamer, or glad tidings from Allah. So, if someone has a dream which he dislikes, he should not tell it to others, but get up and offer a prayer." He added, "He (Abu Huraira) hated to see a Ghul (i.e., iron collar around his neck in a dream) and people liked to see fetters (on their feet in a dream).
