The same interpretation applies for seeing a celebration of the night of the Nocturnal Journey during which the Prophet Muhammad, Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam, ascended to the heavens to meet his Lord. Cities, Towns and Village Dream Explanation — Cities, towns and Villages imply that the observer of such a dream will encounter unchaste women if such places are not of multiple colours. Incident - Embracing the moon Dream Explanation — A man once came to Hazrat Imaam Jafar (RA) and said."I saw myself as if I were embracing the moon". The Imaan asked:. "Are you a bachelor?" He answered in the affirmative. The Imaam said: "You shall marry the most beautiful lady of her time". Thereafter, the person was not seen for a very long time. Then Suddenly he appeared one day and said to the Imaam. "My master! I have married the most beautiful lady of Madeenah. But last night I saw a dream as if I were carrying the moon". Times in which Dreams are Most Potent Dream Explanation — It must be borne in mind that the most authentic dreams are the ones observed in the latter part of the night and during Qayloolah (sleeping at midday ) and during the day. Dreams during the fruit-ripening season and fruit-selling season are also very potent. Incident - Seventy Leaves in a dream Dream Explanation — A man came to Abu Bakr, God be pleased with him, and said: " I was given seventy leaves in my dream last night." Abu Bakr replied: "It means that you will be flogged seventy times." The interpretation came true within a short time when he had to face such a public chastisement for a sin he committed. Within that same year, the man came to Abu Bakr and said: "I saw that same dream again." Abu Bakr replied: "You will receive seventy thousand Dirhams." The man said: "Oh Imam of the Muslims! This is a virgin woman whom you wished to bring under your control thrice but without success. You succeeded the forth time": He said: "My Lord, you have spoken the truth. It also means living a long and a prosperous life. Riding an elephant during the night time in a dream means rising in rank, and should one be suited for leadership, he will receive it then engage in a war which he will lose. Incident - The Effect of a Dream's Meaning Dream Explanation — During a pilgrimage to Mecca, a sheikh was told in a dream that he would die on such and such date. When he returned home, he held that dream to himself and waited for the time to come. Once he passed that date stated in his dream, he waited a few more days, then told someone about it, saying: "I would have hot told you about this dream, had the date not passed." The person replied: "Perhaps you miscalculated the date, or maybe it is a confused dream." After returning to his home, the sheikh died during that same night. This is the meaning of Prophet Muhammad saying: "A dream sits on the wing of a bird and will not take effect unless it is related to someone." Dream Interpreter: Ibn Sirin
Arafat Dream Explanation — If a sinner sees himself praying and repenting at Mount Arafa or near the Mount of Mercy in the Plain of Arafat in a dream, it means that his repentance will be accepted, or that a secret will be exposed, or it could mean that a reunion of beloveds will take place shortly after one's dream. If one sees himself standing in Arafa during the night time in a dream, it means that his goals will be attained and that he will satisfy his quest. If one sees himself standing in Arafa after the sunrise, it means that his question will find no answer.
