Incident - Abu Hanifa digging the grave of Prophet Muhammad (SAWS) Dream Explanation — It is related that when Imaam Abu Hanifa (RA) was still a child, he dreamed tht he was digging the grave of Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam). He related the dream to one of his tutors in the maktab. The teacher said to him: "My child, if your dream is genuine then you will follow in the footsteps of Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaahu-Alayhi-wasallam) and you will also do great research in his Shariah". o Trying to unearth one's body: The dreamer is a materialist, running after worldly matters, and will succeed only if he managed to disinter the corpse.
o An animal digging the earth or soil in one's yard with its pawns or hooves: Beware of an enemy.
o Digging with one's nails in an inappropriate place: The dreamer is after something very difficult.
o Digging a grave or a pit for oneself or somebody else: (1) Will build a house. (2) Will settle in that area.
o Digging a grave on a surface: Will live long.

Gold Dream Explanation — Gold dinars coins are the least harmful, because Daniel the Wise was reported as saying that having more than four dinars in one's hand meant the dreamer would be hated and hear bad things commensurate with the number of coins. If the number of coins is known, worries will be minor. According to Ibn Siren, having one dinar of medium size is a reference to a nice and cozy house, five dinars means that the subject would do something acceptable, and an even number of dinars between one hundred and one thousand means that the dreamer will become a specialist in conducting tests.
