Night Dream Explanation — (Darkness; Heedlessness; Ignorance) In a dream, a moonless night represents lack of work, stagnation, or losing one's job. If one sees the whole world in the dark and the moon is still radiant in the skies in a dream, it means that the governor will temporarily relinquish his entire duties to his chief minister or secretary, and that thieves and robbers will cluster around them for business. If one then sees the daylight in his dream, it means that such an adversity will pass. If people are under siege in the dream and the daylight dawns after a long dark night in a dream, it means that their siege will be lifted. If people are suffering from high prices and someone sees that dream, it means that prices will go back to normal. If they are suffering from tyranny, it too will pass. Dream Interpreter: Ibn Sirin
Room Dream Explanation — The room symbolizes prestige, a high-class woman, or the dissipation of fear in view of the Quranic verse: "... and they will dwell secure in lofty rooms." ("Saba" [Sheba], verse 37.) It could also allude to Paradise in view of another verse: "They will be awarded the room (high place) forasmuch as they were steadfast, and they will meet therein with welcome and the word of peace" ("Al-Furqan" [The Criterion], verse 75) , or the mosque's pulpit, for etymological reasons. Tears Dream Explanation — If one sees tears running from his right eye and entering his left eye in the dream, it means that his son and daughter may engage in sexual intercourse, and he must immediately separate between their rooms, and teach them about the lawful and the unlawful. Tears which come during yawning in a dream signify payment of an unjust fine. Seeing tears during the daylight time, or under the sun, or in front of a fire in a dream means business losses caused by one of these three elements. House Dream Explanation — o A bright, well-illuminated house: A polite and virtuous woman.
o A dark house: An ill-tempered and mean person.
o Entering a house sprinkled with water: Trouble with a woman and worries as much as there was humidity and mud, but which will disappear. Dream Interpreter: Various Islamic Scholars
Room Dream Explanation — o Building a room on the top of the house, while the wife is crying and wailing out of disapproval and despair: The dreamer will have a second wife or a concubine. If the wife looked beautiful and was perfumed and smiling (in the dream), the dreamer will receive a promotion and be better off. A sacred person dreaming of going up to an unknown room: He will be secure or the quality of life will improve and bring about plenty of joy and happiness. If ill, he will go to Heaven.
o Climbing to an unknown room followed by a crowd: The dreamer will become a chief, a spiritual leader, et cetera.
o A bachelor dreaming of being in a room: He will marry a beautiful, wise, and religious lady.

House Dream Explanation — o An old house crumbling on the dreamer: Will inherit.
o The apartments of a house or rooms of an apartment symbolize the dreamer's women.
o According to Christian dream interpreters, says Ibn Siren, sweeping the floor of one's house means deep worries or sudden death. Others think it is the reverse.
o A house being demolished: Its owner will die.
o Buying a new house: Plenty of welfare.
o One's house larger than usual: More well-being and fertility. And the dreamer will enjoy welfare through a woman.
o Carving or decorating a house: Quarrels and rivalry will take place in that house.
o Demolishing a new house: Evil and worries.
o Being in a new, unknown plastered house in an isolated area and hearing some evil talk: A reference to the dreamer's grave.

Moon Dream Explanation — o Crescents assembled in the sky: Will go on hajj.
o A crescent rising from the east or the west and people admiring it on the first or last night of the Islamic month: Great news will come from that direction. If it were gleaming, scintillating, or sparkling, the news would be good. If, on the contrary, it was dark, made of brass or copper or looking like a snake or a scorpion, the news would be bad. Raven Dream Explanation — o Seizing a raven (a small, dark bird with a red beak and red legs): (1) Influence or a leading position, achieved by merit, if eligible. (2) The dreamer will tell the truth or make a just statement that will not be accepted or taken well.

Calligrapher Dream Explanation — (Copyist; Handwriting) A calligrapher in a dream represents knowledge, charting and clarity. Otherwise, a calligrapher may represent distress, trouble, unhappiness, seeing everything dark, or he could represent uptightness. Moon Dream Explanation — o A full moon right where it should be, shining in the sky: The prime minister will be good to the people of that place.
o Seeing one's face reflected in the moon: Will die.
o Hanging to the moon: Will obtain some benefits from the sultan.
o A king seeing the moon having become dark: His subjects will harm him and deny everything good he had done to them.
o The moon becoming the sun: Benefits, money, and prosperity on the part of the wife or the mother.

Hall Dream Explanation — (Auditorium; Large hall) A large hall in a dream means comfort, overcoming financial difficulties, a helping wife, a good mistress of the house, a high ranking position that involves little danger, a highway sign, a praiseworthy son, a hard working employee, or a good investment. Musk Dream Explanation — If a thief sees himself carrying musk in a dream, it means that he will cease robbing people, for a sweet fragrance points to its carrier and exposes what he hides. Musk in a dream also means money, gold, comfort, glad tidings, good news, or innocence. The same interpretation is given to carnation, clove, nutmeg and other dark seeds, all of which mean triumph and happiness. Grinding them in a dream means receiving praises. Shadow Dream Explanation — (Under the sun, in the dark, or otherwise.) In a dream, a shadow represents changes affecting one's life in the world and his elevation or abasement. A shadow in a dream also means guidance, repentance, true monotheism and contemplating the Maker and His creation. If one moves but does not see his shadow moving in a dream, it means abrogating the laws, discarding what is permissible, adopting what is unlawful, death, becoming motionless, or losing one's senses. The same interpretation applies if one's shadow disappears under the sunlight, or under the moonlight, or in the night lights, or if his reflection disappears from the water surface, or from any shiny surface. Back Dream Explanation — A broken back in a dream means fear, distress and sorrow. If one sees his rear side dark in color, black or red in a dream, it means that he may suffer from physical abuse and beating during a fight. Seeing one's own back in a dream also could mean buying new clothing, or it could mean feeling strong because of one's knowledge, his son, power, political connections, wealth or property. Seeing one's back in a dream also could mean to repudiate one's wife. If one's back is seared or cauterized in a dream, it denotes stinginess, or it could mean that he fails to comply with Allah's rights upon him. Wind Dream Explanation — If one sees the wind carrying him and transporting him from one place to another with no fear on his part, and if there are no clouds or darkness in the skies in the dream, it means that he may preside over people, should he qualify for that, or if he wished to do so, or it could represent his business success, or that he will liquidate his merchandise, should it be stagnant or unsalable. If the winds lift someone who is seized by fear or tyranny, and if the winds carry with them dark clouds, or a cloud of dust in the dream, and if the person is travelling when he sees the dream, it means that he will face great difficulties. Darkness Dream Explanation — (Atheism; Ignorance; Night; Obscurity) In a dream, darkness means straying from Allah's path, being lost, committing an error, erring, confusion and perplexity. If one walks out of darkness into light in his dream, it means salvation, safety, guidance, repentance from sin or release from prison. Darkness in a dream also represents an oppressor. Thus, walking into a dark place in a dream means being unjust. Obscurity in a dream means the darkness of one's heart or blindness. Light Dream Explanation — (Beam; Gleam; Radiance; Shine) Light in a dream means guidance. Walking from a dark place into the light in a dream means receiving guidance, divine acceptance and protection in this world and in the hereafter, and it represents richness after poverty, honor after humiliation, repentance following sin, sight after blindness and the opposite is also true should one see himself walking from light into darkness in a dream. Light in a dream also means Islam, or submission to Allah Almighty. Seeing light in a dream denotes good deeds, knowledge, the Holy Quran, or a righteous son.
