Corn Dream Explanation — Sometimes, the ears of corn allude to years, months, or days. Joseph regarded them as years. Likewise, they refer to the wealth of this world.
o Planting corn: Will do something that will please God.
o Endeavouring to or helping plant corn: A reference to Jihad (struggle in the way of Allah).
o Planting corn that gives barley: The dreamer's appearance is better than his hidden self. And vice versa.
o Planting corn that gives blood: The subject is making a living from usury.
o Ears of corn gathered in a person's hand or in a container: Will obtain money earned by somebody else or acquire learning.

Corn Dream Explanation — The green ear or spike of corn symbolizes the fertility of the year. But it could also mean the death or killing of young people. Yellow spikes refer to the demise of the elderly. The dry or dead corn standing on its stem is a sterile year, in view of verses 43 to 49 in the Quranic surah, or chapter, on Yusuf (Joseph). And the king said: Lo! I saw in a dream seven fat kine which seven lean were eating, and seven green ears of corn and other (seven) dry. O notables! Flour Dream Explanation — Wheat or corn flour symbolizes whatever money the dreamer has amassed. It also refers to his children and other persons he supports.
o Baking wheat or corn flour: Will visit relatives abroad.
o Baking barley flour: The dreamer is a true believer, will triumph over enemies and will earn a fortune and a high post.

A Long Coat With a Lining Dream Explanation — It presents a perbond wife. Similarly a blanket, pyjamas and a sheet on which one sleeps. If any of the above is seen as burnt or snatched away from him it means he will separate from his wife either by way of a divorce or death. Grill Dream Explanation — o Grilled poultry: Money obtained from a woman without treachery or wickedness. But if the meat was not well done, the dreamer will speak ill of her in her absence and be unfair.
o Any poultry, be it grilled or fried: Honest but hard gains.
o Dreaming of something which the dreamer knows is burnt in real life: Benefits through injustice.
o A grilled flank: Symbolizes women (because Eve is said to have been created from Adam's rib). It follows that the side stretching from below the head to half the body is a reference to girls and female slaves. The lower part is an allusion to boys.

Thunderbolt Dream Explanation — If one is under surveillance, then seeing a thunderbolt in a dream means a crackdown on his house or business. If thunderbolts strike people's homes in a dream, they mean the arrival of covetous and despicable criminals in the company of decent and innocent people who are not aware of the true identity of their companions. If thunderbolts strike the fields and damage the crop in a dream, they represent taxes or an investigation. Seeds Dream Explanation — Planting seeds in a dream represent the element of progeny and procreation. Scattered seeds on the ground in a dream mean bearing a child for each seed. As for the grains that are germinated for medicinal purpose, when seen in a dream, they mean acquiring knowledge that helps the person in question to increase his or her piety and ascetic detachment from worldly matters. Pumpkin, cucumber, eggplant, sweet basil, chard, onion, cabbage, Indian corn and melon seeds in a dream mean abating or ceasing of difficulties and disturbances, or they could mean recovering from a terminal illness. If his measurement is exact, it means that he is a just person. Otherwise, it represents a tyrant. If one is given a scale for measuring, or if he becomes a measurer or a measuring controller, or a surveyor in a dream, and if he qualifies, it means that he will be appointed as a judge, or as a leader. o Opening a date and removing its pit: Will have a child, in view of a verse in the Holy Quran: "Lo! Allah (it is) Who splitteth the grain of corn and the date-stone (for sprouting). If one cooks a nice meal for himself in a dream, it means that he will be honored, or it could mean a political appointment, or money. If someone else cooks one's meal in a dream, it may denote double-crossing, deception, or perhaps it may mean receiving help from someone according to one's own intention or state. Bread Dream Explanation — If it is a loaf of barley bread in the dream, it means a strenuous life, though well managed. A loaf of bread in a dream means marriage for an unwed person, and for a craftsman, it means progress in his trade.
